I have not investigated this completely, but Microsoft has a free download
called camcorder. It will make an *.avi video from any screen actions that
you perform (I have not tried it with a powerpoint presentation). The file
can then be converted into an executable file is desired. The program will
also capture sound.
This may or may not be useable for your purposes.
