I am running win98.  "Something" happened (when i installed something, or
when I crashed, or when something else that I have been unable to
identify...) and now when I try to open a folder, any folder (my computer on
the desktop, a shortcut to a folder, or even a folder on the right panel of
the explorer) the "Open with..." dialog opens.

How can I fix that?  What do I associate it with?  I tried nu3.0 and
bringing back an old version of the registry. No difference.  I tried
re-installing win98 on top of the current installation. No difference.

Ideas?  Suggestions?
