You will need to create a user(s) on the Win2K PC, and give that user
appropriate privileges. You can do this in Control panel ....Computer
Management.
If you create a user using the same user name and password that you logged
on to the other PC with, then you won't be prompted for a password when you
try to access a share from that PC.
