I found out Zone Alarm places HIDDEN files in the System 32 folder
under Windows.
You might un-hide all files then remove any files associated with Zone Alarm.
I would also suggest using a registry cleaning program like Registry
First Aid by Rose City Software, or something else to clean the registry.
