I received this from my daughter.  I have no idea what the cuteftp program is
that she's talking about.  It's causing a fault in a program that allows you to
see thumbnails of graphics when you browse to a file or use Windows Explorer.
I know she's working on a Pentium with 64MB of RAM and a 13GB HD, but that's all
I know
about her computer.

can you ask your computer list or someone if they know what to do with this?
i downloaded an ftp program, cuteftp, and it worked for a week and then
performed illegal operations and wouldn't open. so i uninstalled, reinstalled
and then it worked fine for another week. then it did it again. so i just
uninstalled and reinstalled but it messed up immediately. i emailed their tech
support but who knows how long it will be before i hear from them!

this is what the illegal operations message says:

you could also ask them if she knows of a ftp program that i could use instead
of
this. everyone i know uses this one and has never had this problem!! and it's
really easy to use when it works you just drag and it uploads. so ask if they
knows another easy one that i could use. thanks.
