Copy the file name into a Google search and I guarantee you will find
out which program it is for

Hope this helps.

Subject: [PCSOFT] How to open

Hi,this question has been really bothering me.
When I try to open a file I get this box that askes which program do you
want to use to open?I have no idea which program to use. I have tried
different ones to no avail. I have Windows98.

Thanks,
