Peggy, I found recycle bin where you suggested, but how do I get it to be an icon on my desk top so I can occasionally emply it. Thanks again....Theresa

  Theresa,Right click on any empty area of your Desktop; click on Properties; click on Desktop tab and then click on Customize Desktop.  Move the slide bar to Recycle Bin (empty) and click OK.
