This is relatively common problem. Try this: Open the configuration window
and select the resolution you want. Then press the alt key and the spacebar
then press M - this puts you into the move mode. Use your cursor keys to
position the window and press Enter key when you can see the Apply button.
Then you can use your mouse to press the button. If that does not work, then
you can press the tab key till the Apply button is active. Even if you can't
see the button, you should be able to figure out the number of tabs to press
to get to it. Once it is active, press Enter and you are done. Good luck.
