In the properties of your internet connection, wether it be dialup, cable,
wireless or othgerwise, there will be an advanced tab that will allow you to
turn on your firewall, this is a necessity! In System Properties, System
Restore... turn off System Restore so your antivirus can do a complete job.
After running your antivirus completely, restart your system and run Windows
Update as soon as you can (and use it often). One of the updates protects
you from the MSBLAST, WELCHIA and stuff like the worm you HAD. Now turn the
System Restore back on.
