Good Day,

I don't know if you have received any inquires regarding updates to Norton
SystemWorks. Everything was fine until formatted my hard drive and
reinstalled Norton. I can get updates for the Anti Virus, Crash Guard, and
the Web Services, and supposedly the Live Update. When I get the update now
for Utilities, which downloads and install it I get message when it is
finished, "Unable to complete update" do not recognize the following problems,

                                ALARM.DL
                                LIVEUP.EX
                                NUINTRO.DL

and then sometimes I get SENSOR32.DL

I have been to Customer Service they refer me FAQ's and Knowledege Base. I
got my eyes opened when I started reading the correspondence from a lot
people having the same problem.

I downloaded all the links that they mentioned to other customers and tried
to get Utilities updated. No go.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Utilities so many times my computer does
not seem to have to ask what to do next. I have also uninstalled and
reinstalled SystemWorks.

I have seen so many Symantec help pages I have got so I don't know if I
have been there before.

I decided I would have to live without updates to Norton Utilities, as long
as I could get my Antivirius updates. I so informed my Customer Service
contact and he said millions of people updated every day.
After reading the number of FAQ's and the replies of their tech people to
customers questions, I think they have a problem with the program. For 2
weekends in a row I have gone to one of the web sites, different people,
but the same problems.

I would like to know if anyone has an answer, I can't believe I am the only
person who can't follow written instructions.

Thanks, George
