In Win95b, MS OfficePro97 (and MSIE5),
 the VBA332.dll, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications,
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VBA332.DLL"
is File version  3.0.7019 07/11/97 12:00am,    1,597,200 bytes
Because of 574 matching dates, I am assuming it came with Office97

With Win95a, Office Standard 95 (and MSIE4),
it is 3.0.6908  11/21/96

Which Excel are you using?
