I am having trouble making the MS Office 97 Shortcut bar stay on top while
in the "Auto Fit into Title Bar area" setting and "Always on Top"
checked.  It will stay on top for about one or two windows and then it will
disappear and only appear on the Desktop.  I am running Windows 98 original
without the active desktop.

Anyone else seen this problem? Cures?
