Keith, in the table view of the table, highlight the column that you wish to change.  Then click on the Edit option in the toolbar.  You can then select
the Replace option to display the data you want to find and it's replacement (enter your choices).  Now you may select find to locate the first to
replace, then click on replace, if all works as you want then you may click the replace all.
