The first thing I would try is to delete the inbox.snm file in your
Netscape|Users|Mail folder. Do this with Netscape closed using Windows
Explorer. It will be rebuilt automatically. *DO NOT* delete inbox with
no extension or mail will be lost!
Also, you might look at
http://help.netscape.com/kb/consumer/970203-1.html and see if anything
there matches your situation.
