Bonnie,
In IE click on tools/internet options/security tab/ then select internet
and
custom level.
You will find all of the Active X settings as you scroll down.

Subject: [PCSOFT] ActiveX
I have apparently changed the setting disallowing ActiveX Controls to run
and am getting the dialog box asking if I want ActiveX to run on whatever
application I happen to be in. If I say "NO" then I don't get the graphics
of a message. My problem now is: I can't remember how to get to the page
to reset ActiveX. Help please.
Bonnie
