Double-click your user folder.
Right-click any folder in your user profile, and then click Properties.
On the Sharing tab, select the Make this folder private so that only I have

A question for you....... Is there a way that I can prevent others entering
my "my documents" folder that is on my desktop? When others click on it, is
there a way that there has to be a password to open it?
