I think I found my own answer.
I was having trouble downloading with MSIE 4.01sp1+.
NetScape 4.5 on the same machine worked perfect.
I had a lot of space on "C" where all my temporary
directories, download directory, and Win95 permanent
swap file live.
Today the drive where I have the MSIE cache folder
filled up...  "0" available.  I cleared lots of space.
MSIE can download again.
Did I "miss" something?
Does the download (let's say 2M) go into the cache
first instead of a "temp" file in the download
directory?  IF so, I had 183M reserved on that drive
for the cache.  I guess it did not want to use it. (?)
Seems fixed now.  Could this have happened?
