I think Yahoo has had a problem for a day or two... I was on the WEB site
reporting it when - just before hitting "send" for the complaint -, I ran my mail one
last time and it finally worked...  (I got 147 messages.)
The messages are not being removed from my mailbox there, just being marked
"read"...  I expect them to fix that next...
I am (and have) left my settings alone and will wait for the "problems" to work
themselves out...
