If he needs a real WP: I use Accent Express, available on the net
from Accent Software. Made specially for this kind of thing. It's
tolerable; at least he won't have to cut and paste. They also
have more expensive versions which I haven't tried.
If he'll settle for a text editor, he can use NoteTab at
http://www.notetab.com/ , and make a ClipBook with whatever
characters he wants. The freeware version might be perfectly
adequate for his needs, and even the most expensive version is
$19.95 at the moment. Very good support.
