All you have to do is buy a hard drive or motherboard with the OEM
version. (There may be other things that qualify for OEM too.)

I have seen (but not bid on) auctions that try to get around that by
including an old piece of junk hardware to meet the requirements
of both MS and EBay.  (I stick with Major WEB sites for supplies.)
