I visited the site suggested above and, learned that this program (a
propietary database manager) is capable of exporting files in HTML format. My
advice is to contact the sender, and ask them to send it to you in HTML,
which you can easily read in IE. Who knows? They may even be able to export
it in some other format that you can read, such as Excel or Access.
On the other hand, if you only require access to one or two records in the
file, there is a slim chance that wordpad might work. My very limited
experience with database files leads me to think that this would be a
difficult process.
