When I do an Internet search, some listed pages result in the same
message. I just assume that the page is protected and I do not have the
necessary permission to view it.

I do not view it as a problem. I just do not intentionally try to view
pages to which I do not have permission.

If you are supposed to have the necessary permissions to view certain
pages, you will have to contact the managers/administrators of those pages.

When I go to certain websites (most of them), I get language in the body of the website that says: "You are not authorized to view this page" -- " You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.
