Since 3f3f3f3f is nowhere near a valid linear address for this
machine, it must be something else. A bit of web research suggests
that this is probably the pattern that NT fills memory with before
allocating it to a process, so somebody has tried to use, as an
absolute/physical (linear) pointer, memory that was never written to.
My first suspect would be the video driver, if only because it is
heavily used and trusted by the OS, and there have been some very
poor drivers out there. I'm not aware, though, of any reason why SP3
would break a driver that appeared to work before.
