My friend just had the same problem with Outlook Express. You will need to
go into your mail settings and check to make sure they are correct. I think
her final solution was to remove all her email account settings and then put
them back in correctly.
I know she had several calls to me and several to her provider. The last
call to her provider, they removed the account in OE and then put it back
in. Evidently something in the settings gets corrupt during the upgrade. By
removing and replacing them with fresh information seems to solve the
problem.

Do hope someone can help me.
I have been using Incredimail for some years now, totally successfully.
However, after downloading the Microsoft Service Pack 2, I am unable to send
mail but can still receive it. I downloaded the Incredimail Programme
again, hoping that it would solve the problem, but it hasn't.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks.
