There is a program that I use that doesn't put into a word processor but
does let you scan a form in and then type information in the blanks, sort
of like an overlay.  Then the "form" can be printed.  The one I use is Form
Pilot Home.  There is a trial version available and if you like it, you can
register it for about $30.  The web site is:
