Create a filter for the "Specific Sender" by Right Clicking in the message
of interest click on Make Filter. This will bring up the filter dialog.
Create the filter for the sender.
Then click on Tools|Filters. The Filters will open. Select the filter you
just made or one that already exist. Under Actions click on Drop down arrow
and select Play Sound. Click on the Button to the right and browse to the
sound you want to play and select the file and click OK. go to the next box
down and set it for Skip Reset.
