Thanks for the link Gail. Only thing is, Karen's Showstopper is a shutdown program - I'm looking for a TIMED shutdown application - a prog that shuts the computer down after a selectable delay.
As I said in my first post, I'm using WinOff which is intended to do that. However, it's not 100% so I was curious to see if anyone can suggest something better.

I recommend Karen's Show Stopper by Karen Kenworthy. It can be found here http://www.karenware.com/ and it allows you to shutdown Windows in various ways (Power Off, Logoff, Suspend, Hibernate, etc.), from a Windows shortcut, a system tray icon, or from the program's main window. It is also free.
I use it with XP Pro and it works great. I have it on my launch bar for easy exits.
