In IE5, you can have it update itself to use 128-bit encryption. Open
IE (while you are on-line!), go under Help, About. A new window will
pop up, called "About Internet Explorer." There is a line of text in this
window called Cypher strength: xxx-bit(xxx should be 40 right now).
To the left of this, click on the Update Information link.
It will take you to a Microsoft site to update the browser to 128-bit
encryption if you are in Canada or the States.
