Mark,

Netzero is just an ISP that uses a special software app to put
the ad banner above and **outside of ** your other 'net software.
Netzero does not have "their own" browser. You can use IE, OE,
Netscape, Opera, Eudora, or any web software you want with
no problems.

When I installed it, it did not touch any of my existing software.
(IE 5.5, NC 4.7, OE, etc.)

But there is one big irritation....... they periodically and randomly
keep popping up a small dialog box to "remind" you that you can
click on an ad in the banner, to view the product info
AND at odd times a warning dialog pops up stating you will
be disconnected in 10...9....8...7... seconds if you do not
click the OK button to continue.
