  If I recall correctly, the last I heard of SoftRAM, the maker was
"hoping to have a version that actually did something under Win95 'in a
few weeks'", and was under investigation by Microsoft over unlicensed
use of the 'Made for Windows 95' logo.

  So I'd expect that IF these folks have a product that works under
Windows 98, they'd be unlikely to keep using the "SoftRAM" name.
