When I had the same problem, a wise young man at my ISP told me to call the
phone company and tell them I had static on my phone line (don't mention you
computer, or they will tell you it's not their problem). They may come out
and check your phone line for you. They did that for me, and it cleared up
the problem, as the phone line had gotten wet, underground. Good luck! Jo

Subject: [PCSOFT] email and IE Question

after I connect my isp on my desktop I usually go to outlook express and
check my email somtimes more often than not it will try to connect and then
a message comes saying my server disconnected me. I can't get on IE at this
time either but I am stll connected on my desktop to my isp. I usually have
to restart my computer and then it will work. Sometimes it doesn't though.
Can someone help me with this? I called my dsl provider they said I needed a
new ethernet card. Got that and it still is doing it. Called again and said
I needed a new modem. God that and it is still doing it.I would appreciate
any advice.

Thank You
Deborah
