Phil,

Try running a search of your drives for those filenames. If you find them, right click them and
check their properties. That should give you an idea of what program the're associated with. If that
doesn't help, try typing them into a search engine. The fact that they "pop up from time to time",
*might*  be a reason to suspect spyware, and/or a virus. It wouldn't hurt to run a full virus scan,
and get "ad-aware"- ( a great little spyware removal program ). http://www.lavasoft.de/free.html
It may also just be a harmless program you've forgotten about, or someone else installed. If you end
up removing any associated program, don't forget to get rid of those shortcuts from your start
menu/open task list. Hope this helps.
