You can often get information about a file by right clicking and checking
the properties.
This file does not appear on my XP machine. There were no results in a
Google search, so it must be fairly obscure.

I'm on a mission!  I've got a program running in the background (OFPS.exe)
which begins on Win XP startup.  I have no idea what it is.  I wrote Fred
Langa, who didn't know, but I had written him really in search of any
programs to identify TSR/other programs running.  Here's part of what I
