I'm not sure how the data to text works, so I'll describe how it would work
in Access and assume that you can either use Access in an intermediate step
or that Excel will do the same.
The equal delimiter will allow you to have a two column table.
Any rows where the 2nd column is null can be deleted. With a sort
or filter, you should be able to delete these easily in one step.
As a note, Excel has commands RTrim, LTrim, Left, Mid and Right,
which would allow you to clean up the data as needed.
