  For executable files, the icon that is displayed is generally the
first icon found in the file.  For all other files, the icon used is
specified as part of the file type information.  Go to
View|Options|File Types, and find the type whose icon you want to
change.  Pick Edit and Change Icon.  Icons may be in .ICO files, or
embedded in EXE or DLL files.  [In particular, check out the
MORICONS.DLL file provided by Windows....]
