In the famous words of Roseanne Roseannadanna -- "Never mind..." as to my
question about how to find and install Microsoft Fax.  Control
Panel/Add-Remove Programs worked fine, once I realized that a) it was on the
Win95 cd and b) I had to specify under "Have Disk..." not only the CD-ROM
drive but also the FOLDER on the CD (Win95) that the file was in. Sigh.

But the Contacts-to-Outlook Address Book problem continues.
