I thought this would be a simple item, but the answer seems to elude me. My
daughter has two Sony VAIO Z laptops. The older model has a special key that
will tile all open windows. The new model does not have that function (the
key does some sort of web access).

My question to the group - what command in Windows 7 will automatically tile
all open windows? I know how to drag a window to the left and to the right
to get a side-by-side display. I also know the Window-key Tab trick to cycle
through open windows. I also know that you can hold shift-right-click on the
task bar to select tile vertically, horizontally, or cascade all windows -
but how to do the tile trick with a function key?

Yes, I already talked to a Sony tech support technician and he did not know
how it is done!

Thanks for any help. This is not a show stopper, but now it has me very
curious.
