Recently  Siva Lokanathan said  If you wish to  make a HOME PAGE
before learning the basics,
TRELLIX is one such "software" available at:

I've downloaded the programme twice without problem but when I try to
install I get this  " Package For The Web Error Corrupt cabinet File.
 I can't email anyone on the Trellix Site without registering and
cant register without having installed the thing (Murphy or Catch 22)
 I used Netscape Smart Download. Can anyone help?
