PCSOFT Digest - 17 Dec 2000 to 18 Dec 2000 (#2000-354)We have a machine that
is displaying tiny scroll bars in Windows.   The machine is running Windows
98 2nd Ed.  with Office 2000, SR-1.
In Excel, the sheet tabs are so small that they are barely visible.   The
rest of the display is normal.
I did a detect and repair for Office - no change.
The individual had some !Plus Desktop Themes running and Customized sounds.
I reset everything to "Windows Default", or so I think.   All sounds, mouse
pointers, and desktop appears to be Windows default.   I also tried to
resize the screen display to see if that would have an effect.   Again, no
change.

I suspect there is still some "hidden" Windows setting that I'm missing.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
