A configuration error was detected in the CGI script; the SUB-TOP-BANNER template could not be found.

Hello

Everytime I boot my XP Home Edition laptop I get 2 error messages. They read 
like this:

First one:

Windows - Registry Recovery
One of the files containing the Systems Registry data had to be recovered by 
use of a log or alternative copy. The recovery was succesful

Then this loads:

RUNDLL
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\drvsas.dll
The specified module could not be found.


I've run registry scans that appeared to resolve 100's of errors except this 
one
Any advice will be appreciated
