Hello Ron
I have good experience with a backup program (free) from freebyte.
You can find it at the following www.freebyte.com

Subject: [PCSOFT] Backup to external hard drive
A friend bought an external USB hard drive with the intention of backing up
data from his server. However the drive came without any software. My
understanding is that the backup built into W2K server will back up to a
file, but that file is subject to the filesize limits of its format (2G for
FAT, 4G for NTFS). Is there any free, or cheap, software that will backup
files and folders (basically do an XCOPY) from one drive to another on a
scheduled basis?
Thanks!
Ron Jobe
