Bob,

I suggest you reinstall Access one more time, then use a third party
uninstaller
DO NOT use the Windows ADD/REMOVE programs option.

The Windows built-in uninstaller (ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS) is a very poorly
executed piece of software.  It will only remove
.about 30% a program, leaving behind bits and pieces scattered all over
your PC and in the REGISTRY.

Even the "custom" uninstall routines that come with a program won't
remove everything.
You need to use MicroHelp Uninstaller or CleanSweep to -=completely=-
remove
any software.
