Two very good programs are System Commander (in its various flavors) and
Partition Magic (V3 is available in surplus sales and V4 in on the
market).  While System Commander is designed to provide multi-system
boot, Partition Magic is designed to be a hard drive manager that HAS a
multi-boot program capability included.  Each is good with its own
unique features.
