  I suspect that they will overwrite each other *IF* you accept the
default installation paths on both installs.  So I would try:

1. Install one version

2. Rename the folder under the Start Menu that was created by this
install, to reflect the language and prevent its getting overwritten.

3. Install the other version TO A DIFFERENT PATH.

4. Rename its folder under the Start Menu, to reflect the other
language.

  There's still a chance for some collision if the install puts any
files in the Windows system directories.  But I would not expect any
such files to vary by language, so this shouldn't be a problem (except
if you want to uninstall one and keep the other...).
