I would like to thank all friends who gave me tips for restoring a corrupt
registry.
It was a very simple method to start with bootup disk and then apply
scanreg /restore.
I have another bootup disk, called  Ultimate Boot Disk. Besides Fixing the
registry , it has many other options for you.
U can partition your HD, you can compact the registry, You can reinstall
Windows and few others.

Some of you may already be knowing about it.
