Every so often when I bring up Road Runner I get this blue screen with the words RPC Doom Virus, please scan Yes or No.
What usually happens is that I can't get out of the screen without having to shut Internet Explorer and it doesn't always happen on a daily bases. I have Norton AntiVirus 2002 and I tried finding info by myself through their knowledge base but it just got me so confused and don't know which end is up.  I have run a scan on the computer but it keeps saying everything is fine no viruses.  So my question is this just a popup or do I have some sort of virus.  I'm also wondering if this is a virus why hasn't the Norton popped up with something?  Should I try the CA EZArmour that I can get for free through Road Runner?
