Hi Dave,

You don't mention your operating system, but as I recall this procedure is
similar to all. While in Windows Explorer, go to the "View" menu and
adjust/set everything the way you want it (Details, Status Bar, etc.). Then
go to "Tools \ Folder Options..." and click on the "View" tab. In "Advanced
settings:" insure the "Remember each folder's view settings" is checked and
click the "Apply To All Folders" button. Click "Yes" on the window that pops
up. Click "OK" to close the Folder Options window and you should be set.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Explorer View

Hi all,
Is there a setting I can change so that when I go into Windows explorer I
get a detailed listing of my files instead of large icons? It seems that
you have to change the view in each folder you go into and I'd like all my
folders to open in detailed view.
Thanks for all your help! I've learned a lot over the years from this
knowledgable group and I'm confident you can help with this annoying
problem.
