I get my mail at Hotmail and like it fine.

They have no way to save messages. Here's a solution.

Before you go to your e-mail, open wordpad, or other word processor.

Now, in the message you want to save click Reply. Now right click in the
text box and click Select All.

Right click again and click copy.

Now, cycle to the word processor. Click Edit | Paste.

You can edit the message, or add other messages to it.

You can now Cut or Copy information in the WP and paste into URL window of
your browser, or edit and print from here.

Nice part about windows- your applications can interact.

These procedures can be used anywhere in the internet.
