Do not use the PASTE button.  Instead point to the destination,
click the RIGHT mouse button and select PASTE WITHOUT.......

They have left us one single temp macro -- it's now called
a QUICK MACRO  search your help file for that name and it
will explain how to use it.  You can even put special
buttons on the toolbar to activate and/or record it.
