Hello everyone
 
I am trying to help a friend of mine with her PC. Sinc we loaded a Tescon  
security update, the pC seems to hand and does not move forward to the next  
command. Even the mouse pointer doesn't want to play. It turns into a hourglass  
and does nothing eccept move around the screen.
The only way we can shut down programs is to shut down the  computer.
Mary runs Windows XP and has a 70 gig hard drive of whoch 91% is  available.
 
Can anyone help
